Situations in which Telephone Consulting may be appropriate:

• Marital problems are normal and can be worked out.
• Divorce is a process. Walk through it without fear.
• Depression does not have to be part of your life.
• Stress is common. Learn how to live with it.
• Dating can lead to finding the love of your life.
• Sex Problems: its ok we all have them.
• Panic Attacks can be eliminated with qualified help.
• Fears: Understanding fear is the key to freedom.
• Anxiety does not have to run your life.
• Self Esteem: Learn how to accept and like yourself.
• Alcohol and Addictions are a disease. We can help.
• Relationships: Learn how to make yours work.

Limitations

Telephone Consulting is short-term Consulting to assist you in resolving personal, interpersonal, and spiritual problems. To use this service you must be 18 years or older.

Important: This is not a service for individuals with *crisis situations or struggling with issues that may be best handled in a face-to-face setting.

*Crisis Situations Include:

• If you are having thoughts of suicide, call 1-800-784-2433
• If you are in a domestic violence situation call 1-800-799-7233
• If you are a victim of sexual assault, call the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-656-4673.

Other Issues that are not appropriate for telephone consulting are:

• Eating Disorders
• Gambling Addictions
• Sexual Identity Addictions

2. What’s Next?
   • During the initial 10 minute free session, we will spend time getting to know each other.
   • I will answer your questions about me and talk about the process.
   • If we are a good match, we will establish a time for the first session.
   • To save you long distance charge, I will call you.
   • Payment for the first session is due before the session starts. You can pay through Papal or mail me a personal check.
3. Cost
   • $30.00 – 30 minutes
   • $55.00 - 1 hour
