Step 1: Make the decision that e-consulting is appropriate for your situation. eConsulting is a great alternative for someone who:

• Has a busy schedule
• Finds writing as their best form for communicating their thoughts and feelings
• Has limited access to transportation or long commutes
• Is not fully comfortable with face to face encounters

Step 2: The next step is to establish a confidential system for you to communicate with me.

Online software email systems such as Yahoo and MSN are not the safest means of interacting privately. I am therefore offering you the opportunity to use PrivacEmail for your online counseling needs at no cost to you.

PrivacEmail offers an encrypted email system in which you and I can start sending messages right away. In this way, you will not have to use your home email account at all (Hoping you will see how highly I value maintaining your confidentiality). It is easy to download onto your computer.
